Welcome to the website of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine.
China was one of the first countries to support the Palestinian resistance movement and to recognize the PLO and the State of Palestine. In 1965, the PLO established an office in Beijing which enjoys diplomatic privileges and immunity. In 1988, diplomatic relations were established between the People's Republic of China and the State of Palestine. Since then, people of both countries have witnessed a stable and continuous development of bilateral relations, the strengthening of mutual political trust and the fruitful achievement of practical cooperation between China and Palestine in many fields.
In recent years, with presidential diplomacy charting the course, China-Palestine relations have developed towards a new high. President Xi Jinping and President Mahmoud Abbas have drawn a long-term blueprint for developing China-Palestine relations from a holistic perspective and reached many important consensus that benefit two countries' people. In the new era, China and Palestine is forging ahead together to build a community with a shared future for mankind, and the relations between the two countries has ushered in new opportunities for development, which will bring more benefits to the people.
Through this website, the Office will spare no effort to bring you information on China and China-Palestine relations. We will work to deepen the time-honored friendship, promote mutually beneficial cooperation and enhance people-to-people ties between the two countries.
