Additional Notice on Airline Boarding Requirements for Certificates Of Negative Nucleic Acid and Anti-Body Blood Tests Results

1. All Chinese and foreign passengers who are to travel from Palestine to China are required to upload nucleic acid and IgM anti-body test certificate, and apply for online health code or statement of health status (QR code) in advance through the International Health Code mini-program or the web version. 2. Second nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test shall be conducted in the transit country (the country where the direct flight to China takes off). After uploading the second test result, the system will automatically audit and generate the health code or health status statement (QR code). Passengers traveling to China shall board the plane with the health code and all original negative test certificates.

3. Carefully choose the route to China, giving priority to direct flights or flights with the least transit countries, so as to reduce the risk of infection during the journey. Wear masks strictly during the journey and take good safety precautions.

4. Only IgM antibody test results according to venous blood samples are accepted.

5. Other provisions and matters needing attention shall be subject to the Notice on Airline Boarding Requirements for Certificates Of Negative Nucleic Acid and Anti-Body Blood Tests Results issued on November 1 in 2020.
