Notice on Adjustments of Green Health Code Policy (Updated on Nov. 14th)

As from today, Office of China to Palestine will issue the Green Health Code according to requirements as follows:

I.Nucleic acid test.

All passengers intending to travel to China should take ONE rt-PCR test at registered medical institutions in Palestine within 48 hours before boarding the direct flight to China and apply for the Green Health Code. The negative rt-PCR test report approved by MOH, based on which the Green Health Code is issued, should be in English and include information such as sampling time, test result (negative), name, date of birth, passport number as well as telephone number or e-mail address of the medical institution that conducts the test. 

II.Applying for the Green Health Code.

Foreign passengers can apply for the Green Health Code at https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/. One valid rt-PCR test report approved by MOH, flight itinerary, passport, valid Chinese Visa or resident permit is to be uploaded for verification. Upon approval, the Green Health Code will be issued in the form of a green QR code with the "HDC" mark. 

III.Transit.

Passengers intending to travel to China from Palestine via a third country could take rt-PCR test and apply for the Green Health Code in Palestine or in the third country. Office of China to Palestine kindly reminds all passengers to make sure the Green Health Code be valid when boarding the direct flight to China, and to pay close attention to Green Health Code policy of Chinese Embassy or Consulate General in the transit country/region and abide by it strictly.

IV.Requirements for those who have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have tested positive for nucleic acid or antibody test are the same with other applicants. The Green Health Code will be issued based on valid rt-PCR test report and other necessary documents.

V.Reminder 

Office of China to Palestine highly recommends all passengers to apply for the Green Health Code timely so as to avoid undesired inconvenience. Please be noted that failure to upload valid documents may result in rejection.
