On November 6, 2022, Guo Wei, Head of Office of the People’s Republic of China to the State of Palestine, introduced the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to the Palestine-China Friendship Association.

Guo Wei introduced the important achievements and significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and pointed out that the CPC has made the two-step strategic plan to build China into a great modern socialist country in all respects. The next five years are crucial. Only by upholding and strengthening the Party’s overall leadership, following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics, applying a people-centered development philosophy, remaining committed to deepening reform and opening up, and carrying forward our fighting spirit can we surmount the difficulties and challenges on the road ahead, and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people. Chinese President Xi Jinping proposed the important concept of building a human community with a shared future, which is an important achievement in adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times. It is in line with the common interests of China and the world, and is conducive to the common well-being of all mankind as well as the stability and further development of traditional friendly relations between China and Palestine in the new era. 

Yahya, Secretary General of the Palestine-China Friendship Association, congratulated the successful conclusion of the 20th National Congress of the CPC, spoke highly of China as a major opportunity for the world, and wished China a prosperous, unified and strong country under the correct leadership of the CPC, and the friendship between the people of Palestine and China will last forever.
