On July 25, 2023, Zeng Jixin, Head of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with Saleh Ra'fat, Member of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization and General Secretary of Palestine Democratic Union (FIDA). They exchanged views on inter-party exchanges and cooperation.
