On August 1, 2023, Zeng Jixin, Head of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with Nidal Foqaha, Director General of Palestinian-Israeli civil peace organization “Geneva Initiative”. They exchanged views on the promotion of  peace between Palestine and Israel.
