On August 29, 2023, Zeng Jixin, Head of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with Sabri Saidam, Deputy Secretary General of the Central Committee of Palestinian National Liberation Movement (Fatah). They exchanged views on inter-party exchanges and cooperation.
