On September 10, 2023, Zeng Jixin, Head of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with Qais Abdul-Karim, Member of the Central Committee of Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) and the Deputy General Secretary of Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP). They exchanged views on strengthening inter-party exchanges and cooperation.
