On April 8, 2025, Zeng Jixin, head of Office of the People’s Republic of China to the State of Palestine, published a signed article in Al-Quds Newspaper under the title “Say NO to Economic Bullying and Hegemonism”. The article elaborated on the Chinese Government’s position on opposing U.S. abuse of tariffs, emphasizing that there are no winners in trade or tariff wars, and that the economic bullying and hegemonic acts of the United States will inevitably face widespread opposition from the international community.
