On July 7, 2026, H.E. Mr. Sun Zhen, the newly appointed Head of Office of the People's Republic of China to the State of Palestine, bearing the rank of Ambassador, together with his spouse, arrived in Palestine to take up his post. Upon arrival, he was greeted by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine and senior diplomats of the Chinese Office.
