On August 27, 2026, H.E. Mr. Sun Zhen, Head of Office of the People’s Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with Major General Al-Abd Ibrahim Khalil, Commander of the Palestinian National Security Forces.

Sun introduced the four principles on Palestinian question outlined by Chinese President Xi Jinping, reaffirmed China’s firm support to the just cause of the Palestinian people for restoring their legitimate rights, stated that China will continue to provide assistance to Palestine and promote deeper cooperation between the two sides in various fields, including military and security.

Major General Al-Abd spoke highly of the four principles recently outlined by President Xi Jinping, expressed his sincere gratitude to China for constantly upholding a just stance on the Palestinian question, and his willingness to promote exchanges and cooperation between China and Palestine in the fields of military and security, thereby continuously deepening the friendship between two countries and their people.
