On October 20, 2026, H.E. Mr. Sun Zhen, Head of Office of the People’s Republic of China to the State of Palestine, met with H.E. Minister Musa Abu Zaid, Chairman of the Palestinian National School of Administration (PNSA) and Member of Fatah’s Central Committee. Diplomats Yang Yiming, Gao Yunqi and Yue Jianghua attended the meeting.

Sun noted that, since the beginning of this year, President Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed that the Palestinian question is at the core of the Middle East issue and should not be marginalized. President Xi has also put forward his four-point principle for resolving the Palestinian question. Recently, on the sidelines the Seventh Summit of CICA, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with his Palestinian counterpart Dr. Varsen and reiterated China’s support for Palestine.

Sun said that China will continue to speak up for the just cause of the Palestinian people on the international stage, provide assistance to Palestine within its capacity, and stands ready to enhance cooperation with the PNSA in the field of human resources development.

Abu Zaid spoke highly of China’s long-standing and steadfast support for the just cause of the Palestinian people. He briefed Sun on the responsibilities of the PNSA and hope that Palestine and China would enhance exchanges and cooperation between their relevant institutions.

Accompanied by Abu Zaid, Sun visited the PNSA and gave an interview to Palestinian National TV.
